Kachemak Bay Campus does not offer student housing directly available on campus. However local accommodation businesses provide many options for our students. Many are within walking distance to the campus, restaurants, and local coffee shops. Housing costs often compare favorably with hall-style alternatives at other UA campuses and in the lower 48.
The Housing Reference Guide (NOTE: this guide is currently being revised and will be available soon) is designed to assist potential and current students locate adequate housing while attending KBC. The guide is an open public posting of local housing providers that have given KBC permission to post their contact, address, phone number, and general information about their rentals.
