Suite Floorplans

After considerable thought and discussion, KPC’s Kenai River Campus has decided that the Residence Hall will go on a one-year hiatus, beginning June 30, 2020, to determine how the campus can move forward in the future.

Floor Plans

The Kenai Peninsula College Residence Hall offers a unique living environment compared to traditional college dorms. With private bedrooms, full kitchens, and many other amenities, the KPC Residence Hall feels like home.

Regular Suite

  • Full kitchen
  • 4 private bedrooms
  • 2 shared bathrooms
  • Shared living area
  • $3200 per student per semester

 

Two large windows along with windows in every bedroom, a storage closet on each end of the room, movable furniture.

ADA Suite

The ADA suites include all the same amenities as our regular suites but feature ADA modifications including 2 larger bedrooms, a larger ADA bathroom area, and an overall larger communal living space including a kitchen.

Same features as Regular Suite, but with more space.
