Senior Wellness Day

On Tuesday, September 17 at noon, join South Peninsula Hospital, in collaboration with local agencies, for a fun-filled afternoon at Kachemak Bay Campus. Participants can expect a presentation on how to use physical and mental exercise as a tool to prevent memory loss with Doctor Ragina Lancaster, lunch, freebies, blood pressure checks, and resources from local organizations, followed by a beginner-level fitness activity!
The Division of Public Health will be sharing information about senior vaccination, and Hospice of Homer will be sharing about their healthy aging program!
