KPC has partnered with Togetherall, an anonymous, 24/7 online mental health support community, monitored by licensed professionals. It offers various ways to connect, including public or private channels, one-on-one chats, and creative ways for you to express yourself. Users can also access self-help courses on topics like anxiety, depression, and sleep, track progress, set goals, and take assessments. Available to individuals 16 and over, Togetherall provides a comprehensive toolkit for mental well-being.
