Wednesdays at 5:00 pm at Kachemak Bay Campus, join South Peninsula Hospital for free soup, and wellness sessions followed by yoga.

On March 6, Renae Blanton, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a fellowship/specialty in Integrative Medicine at Ninilchik Traditional Council. Learn about the world’s “Blue Zones,” communities whose elders live with vim and vigor to record-setting age.
