U.S Kenai National Moose Range Headquarters, Kenai 1962
A winter photo of Old Kenai - Overland Avenue. All these white buildings comprised the headquarters of the U.S.Kenai National Moose Range. Some of the managers around this time were David L. Spencer, John Hakkala, & Will Troyer. Not until the mid 1970's did they move into more permanent buildings on Ski Hill Road in Soldotna where they were finally within the now termed Kenai National Wildlife Refuge Headquarters.
