CAMP Qualification
If you plan to enroll or are currently enrolled as a full time student in your first
year of college, you may be eligible for CAMP funding and support services. You or
one of your immediate family members must have been involved in any of the following
activities or programs:
- Migrant Education Program as a K-12 student
- National Farmworker Jobs Program participant
- Seasonal farmworker: primary employment in farmwork* on a seasonal or temporary basis
- Migrant farmworker: employment in farmwork* requiring extended work days away from
home
- Migrant or seasonal farmwork* for wages or for personal subsistence
*Farmwork may include activities related to fish farms, the production of crops, dairy
products, poultry, livestock, or the cultivation or harvesting of trees.
