Clarence Goodrich of Soldotna , Red Boucher of Juneau, and students from Kenai High School, Rhonda Peterkin, Benji Johnson and Dave Johnson (not related). Clarence and the students were lobbying for the inclusion of a bike path as the Warren Ames Bridge was in final planning. They called themselves "Students for Bike Paths". They were students of Peggy Thompson, and their subject was environmental education. Also seen in the background on the wall is a picture of Governor Bill Egan.
