Larry Lancashire and two unidentfied people. He was an original 1948 homesteader on Pickle (pinnacle) Hill, mile 2, Kenai Spur Highway. He opened Larry's club within Kenai city limits about mile 1 on the North Road. It was a very popular bar, restaurant and dance floor for the oil workers from the North Road and folks from the surrounding areas. The whole Lancashire family worked in the establishment from time to time. Rusty often cooked, the three daughters did whatever high school kids could do. A flimsy building at best, the dance floor grew thin, and Larry passed away. Finally the city of Kenai Fire Department burned the memories down in the early 1990's.
