This small store was built on the Sterling Highway where the highway passes through the Mullen homestead. This store was owned and operated by Ann and Chuck Roser. It offered shoes, clothing, kitchen, and school supplies plus a wide variety of items. This building at the time also housed Glady's Bakery (Gagnon Family) and Soldotna Laundry (Mullen family). It later became Cornerstone Market Place which included the city's only bookstore, River City Books, and many other small businesses until it was demolished in late 2014, where a Wallgreen's stands in its place as of 2016.
