Union Oil Bulk Plant
This fuel plant was on the north side of the Sterling Hwy in "downtown" Soldotna. A variety of fuels were handled for many years. The resulting contaminated soils has kept this property off the market for many years. Some serious cleanup occurred in summer 2000.
