Loren Stewart headed through the snow for the razor clam beach, Clam Gulch 1960

Loren Stewart headed through the snow for the razor clam beach. This was quite a hike from the Sterling Highway to the beach, and was even tougher coming off the beach to the road with a load of clams- usually put in a gunny sack and then into a backpack. Try it with a number of soaking wet children.
