River Terrace Mobile Park & Motel, Soldotna mid 1960's
Picture shows the six units which were the start of the motel. Trailers are visible also. Ray & Jessie Bileadoux established these businesses on acreage which they purchased from what had been part of the Howard J. Binkley homestead on the Kenai River near the bridge.
