Apartment Information
KPC's Kenai River Campus residence hall is a single-building facility located across the street from the campus' academic buildings in Soldotna. The residence hall features apartment-style housing for all residents. Students also have access to a variety of common spaces and features in the residence hall.
Each apartment-style unit features:
- Four bedrooms
- Two bathrooms
- Kitchen (includes microwave, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher)
- Living area (includes couch, dining table, and entertainment cabinet)
Each bedroom is furnished with:
- Desk and chair
- Extra-long twin bed with mattress and nightstand
- Dresser
Common-use features in the residence hall include:
- Free laundry
- Gym
- Common areas with TVs, couches, and chairs
- Pool table & ping pong
- Outdoor pavilion area with a fire pit
