Housing rates for the 2026-2027 academic year are $4,700 per semester. All residents live in furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment-style suites with a shared living area and full kitchen.
After a student signs the Housing Agreement and finishes the housing application, a non-refundable $60 application fee and a refundable $300 security deposit will be charged to the student's account. If a student incurs damage charges during their time in the residence hall, the security deposit will be used to pay for those charges. If the charges exceed $300, the extra charges will be applied to the student's account. Returning students are required to maintain a $300 balance for their security deposit at the beginning of each school year. The housing deposit is refunded to students after their final semester in the residence hall.
Students will also be charged a $150 technology fee each semester.
