Discussion on the Israel/Palestine Conflict

On Friday, December 15 at 6:30 pm, Kachemak Bay Campus will host a discussion about the Israel/Palestine conflict in Pioneer Hall. This will be an open-format conversation and will include panelists from a diversity of perspectives.
The panel will be moderated by Jeff Meyers, Associate Professor of History at Kachemak Bay Campus. Panelists include Jason Davis who served as political chief at the U.S. Consulate in Jerusalem, Shaddin Tirhi who has worked with Palestinian youth living under occupation, local educator Alex Koplin, Andy Haas, a lawyer with a degree in international human rights who has practiced around the world and Tim Steinberg who just returned from the conflict zone.
