Biography

Knight holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Vanguard University of Southern California, summa cum laude (2010); Teaching Credential in Mathematics from Vanguard University, and currently is taking accounting courses at KPC. Other relevant training includes College Advising Corps National Conference participant/conference presenter (2013,14,15), Alaska College and Career Advising Corps Summer Training, participant/presenter (2013,14,15), U.S. Department of Education College Access Affinity Group, webinar participant (5/14).


Expertise

Knight's work experience includes College and Career Guide for Alaska’s Commission on Postsecondary Education (7/13-8/16), Private Math Tutor at The Study, LLC (9/12-Present), Volunteer Tax Preparer for the Kenaitze Indian Tribe, VITA Program (Spring 2014,15,16), Special Education Resource Aide at Kenai Central High School (11/12-5/13), Adjunct Instructor of Mathematics at Vanguard University (9/11-6/12) and, Auxiliary Services Assistant for Vanguard University (8/11-6/12).
