Frenchy the barber and Don Smith at Frenchy's barber shop, Kenai mid 1950's

This barber shop was under the same roof as Kenai Joe's bar. The barber is identified by Virgil as "Frenchy" . He appears very dapper with a pencil thin mustach and a G.I. cap with the brim upturned. Note on slide says the person in the chair is Don Smith. Classic old barber chair, only a bottle or three of shampoo seems to have been necessary.
