This photo was taken the same day as #787 and #788. This was taken as approaching from the south. Upper part of the picture shows Government Hill and Fort Richardson, Ship Creek and the park strip, smoke from the dump which continually smoldered. A CAA (Civil Aeronautics Administration) installation is seen close to the front edge of the picture.
