The advising department is where Kenai Peninsula College students start their educational journey. Our excellent advisors are committed to providing each student with the assistance they need to make their experience at KPC as smooth and successful as possible.
Academic Advising at KPC
All students are strongly urged to see an academic advisor before registering. KPC's advisors are available to help students determine academic and career goals, select courses, monitor progress toward graduation, understand financial aid and identify resources and support. Students are highly recommended to meet with an advisor at least once a semester prior to registering for courses in order to prevent problems and graduation delays. Be proactive and ensure you are accessing all of the resources available!
