Build real-world, workforce-ready skills in outboard motor maintenance through hands-on training.

The one-semester Occupational Endorsement Certificate in Marine Outboard Technician can be earned at the Kenai River Campus (Soldotna), requires 13 credits, and includes up to four Yamaha Marine Certification Program (MCP 1-4) certificates. Classes include:

• Intro to Outboard Systems (1 credit)
• Outboard Engines-Portable (3 credits)
• Outboard Engines-Mid-Range (3 credits)
• Outboard Engines-Inline (3 credits)
• Outboard Engines-V6 (3 credits)
