On Thursday, September 9, at 1 pm, join South Peninsula Hospital at Kachemak Bay Campus in Pioneer Hall for a program focusing on healthy aging, connection, and practical wellness tools.
Begin by learning how to stay safe online, followed by a free lunch and community resource connections, then enjoy a gentle, accessible movement workshop. Finally, the Center for Safe Alaskans will provide free CarFit checks in the parking lot to help ensure vehicles are properly adjusted for safety and comfort.
All are welcome, and participants can drop in or leave anytime during sessions. Expect a friendly, small-group setting with plenty of opportunity for connection and conversation.
