The event takes place on October 30th from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 156 College Road (see attached map). Guidelines state: all children must be accompanied by an adult, service animals only, and no costumes with weapons. The flyer features illustrations of three trick-or-treating children holding pumpkin candy buckets—dressed as a pumpkin creature with a green cape, a purple witch, and a gray cat—along with floating purple and orange wrapped candies. Footer notes include disclaimers stating KPBSD posts flyers as a community service without endorsement, and the University of Alaska is an equal opportunity/equal access institution committed to non-discrimination.
