Pictured is the Farnsworth Subdivision at the Y, designed by Charlie Parker in the early 1960s. Included were a sewer system (skeletal), water system, streets, commercial frontage, residential, and a kiddy park. Some early home owners here were Jan & Jerry Heier, Al & Frances Brymer, Don & Carol Bailey, Roberta & Harold Jackson, Shirley & Chuck Hines, Madge & Zell Wright, Dave Schneider, Roy & Montana Johnson, Sheila & Jim Nordale, and Tom Dwinnell.
