Hay field off Robinson Lake Loop, Sterling late 1950's

This is a homesteader's harvest of hay. Obviously very productive, many stacks are seen here. Sterling summer temperatures were very warm. Hay was cut usually during the second or third weeks in July. Jesse and Nina Robinson, and Louis Fields and his spouse were dairy farmers.
